It is a dynamic site which has changed historically over a period of time. This installation picks up the loose string of the fabric left at the abrupt end of N.C.P.A and starts to gradually merge into the sea.<br /><br />Although the promenade offers a panoramic view it has always been more of two dimensional viewing plane and the sea an intangible space. With the insertion of this installation it increases the vision from 180 degrees to 360.<br /><br />It also frames the views of the city and beyond what is always seen. It is also susceptible to wind and tidal force which changes the view frames like the ever changing city. It changes with time as the users are the generators of the programme.
